Domestic: Except for very large items or items requiring special care, purchases will be packed free of charge. Purchaser will pay shipping charges via UPS Ground, insured at the full value of the purchase. Shipments will be made within four business days after full payment is received. Other shipping methods such as courier services and FedEx Ground or Express can be arranged at the customer's expense.
International: We gladly ship worldwide. Costs for international shipments, including freight and insurance, are at customer’s expense. Packing is free of charge. Items will be insured for the full value of the purchase. Shipping will take place within four business days after payment is received in full. All international duties, value-added taxes, broker's fees, and/or customs charges are the customer's responsibility.
Please notify us of any insurance claim for items damaged during transit within two days of receipt. Full details of any damage should be provided via email, along with photographs.
Residents of New York State are required by law to pay sales tax - except those holding valid resale or tax exempt certificates.
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, the purchase may be returned within five days of receipt for a refund, less freight and insurance charges. The buyer is responsible for the full cost of the return shipment, including freight, insurance, and packing; no refund will be made for such costs. Returned items must be insured by the customer against loss or damage for their full value. Returned goods must be received in the same condition as when shipped. Items that have been damaged, altered, or tampered with cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). The method of refund is at our discretion.
